We loved our stay here, especially the proximity to outdoor adventures like Xcaret Eco Theme Park. It was also wonderful that we could bring our service dog, making our family trip stress-free and enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large supermarket and several dining options, making it easy to grab meals. Rooms are tidy with comfortable beds, and the swimming pool is well-maintained. However, the breakfast could use a wider variety and be more consistently fresh.

Had a fantastic time with my friends here! The pool was spacious, and the colorful decor added a vibrant touch. Breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely area by the pool. We also visited Xcaret Eco Theme Park and found the hotel close to great taco spots and the ferry, making it super convenient.

Only downside was the check-in process. it was delayed by over an hour, which was frustrating. It messed with our plans a bit since we booked our ferry accordingly.

It was just an excellent fit for a speedy visit in Cozumel with very good value for money. The air conditioning was effective and kept me cool during my stay, which was much appreciated. Bring your own water since it's not provided at the hotel.

staying at la casona real was a great experience. the staff was outstanding, always smiling, which made me feel welcomed. the proximity to the ocean was perfect for some relaxing beach time. i only had one complimentary breakfast, but it was very good!

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like free Wi-Fi in public areas, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free experience! I'll be back next year.
